I often find that more advanced plays like CPQ react more slowly to news. My guess/ explanation is that the number crunchers for the Big Boys need to review the results and update their models before "Pronouncing" on the net effect of the drill update. The Big Boys don't mind paying a little more when they have greater certainty in their decision.
