Paul, I have DMLP in both IRA (big) and taxable account (smaller). The Numbers are very easy to transfer to Turbo Tax (I use home&biz version), my position in taxable account is small enough not to merit filing in other states, and you are correct, no UBTI (off the top of my head, don't have my records nearby to confirm).

DMPL, up 10% to 31.74 with volume! No news that I could find.

looks like some US royalty trusts and other high yield producers are getting a nice bid today.
