Of course its unlikely that planes will be used again. I am sure you will come up with something new. Your only motivation in saying the above is to get Americans to lower their guard so you can coordinate your next attack. I am sure you will not target the maternity wards where your rape victims sit.

Al Qaeda is more of a criminal organization than a political force. The trouble is that the administration does not want to take the kind of steps that would stop criminals, since that would shut down the tax havens and slush funds of their contributers.
