Classic Academic "speech code" censorship. The SC would knock it out, but it sets on the books as a threat any DA can use to harrass you.

These parents who try to find meaning in the senseless death of a child by getting laws passed and named after them would be merely pathetic except that they are inflicting their grief on all of us. It seems like we are becoming a nation ruled by grieving parents.
