The trick for NW is to negotiate successfully the transition period from a spectrum holder to a high tecnhology company. It needs to give investors confidence in the value of its spectrum to finance the future but it will make a big mistake if it overhypes that value unless the value of the technology assets really become apparent before the spectrum is finally sold. Ah, the joy of investing in start ups....HF
