steve, Until the nuclear waste issue is resolved, I don't think any nuke plants will be built. Senator Reid has blocked and will block any efforts to use Yucca Mountain. Obama is all over the place on the issue, and I don't see the media allowing McCain to win over Obama. Obama is unequivocally opposed to Yucca Mountain, but I hope he will flip flop on the issue for general. It is just too dumb to maintain opposition to Yucca mountain and present yourself as a candidate who wants to "solve" the current energy issues. Joe
