You're welcome ...
but also understand that during the Patent Application Process - the intellectual property IS NOT PROTECTED
and while you can try a "cease and desist"
the "thief" will tie you up with legal nonsense and paper work while they continue to dilute your market nitch until said patent is officially issued.

Unfortunately for many hard working "inventors" - by then,
it's too late.

So silent and "close to chest" is the best way to go.
