Take a sabbatical and go to work for the first time in your life. As i understand it as a teacher you will get paid anyway. Campaign life to difficult for Mr. Faculty Lounge???

I doubt you have ever taught since you need to know something before you can do it. However, were you able to teach, you would learn that its hard work for little pay.
