Seems to me the loophole is allowing judges to "withhold" convictions, whatever the hell that means.

loophole in Florida law allows defendants who have convictions "withheld" by judges to obtain gun licenses.

She obviously has no idea what reckless is. Besides people sometimes accidently shoot a gun in the air. Just another way of taking guns away from us. The only thing politicians are afraid of are citizens using their guns against the politicians.
