I can honestly say that I have never looked at that section of the FDA regulation. It is hard for an outsider to know all the different power centers within the FDA. I laugh sometimes when I hear a CEO sounding like they know what is going on at the agency for a particular thorny issue when I know he hasn't a clue. Anyway, I am going to quickly forget what you've told me about this appeal process and hope that I will never own a company that would utter those words. Something about ignorance is.... :)
