Nobody (at least in the MSM) would be paying him the least attention, which would drive him nuts, and cause him to be even more of a loose cannon than ever - Look at MEEEE! The desire for new faces is another reason why Sarah Palin would be a good choice. I like her record, and maybe she could educate McCain about the realities of "environmentalism".

I think Bill was the cause of her downfall, but also she put the nails in herself with the speech on Tuesday night. Didn't hear the whole thing, but the Dems were truly upset with her for that.
