Oh geeze, James...You are right. I hadn't read that carefully enough and was flying out the door. Reid probably has bought up the land rights to the proposed land use for the train. $45 BILLION dollars for an environmental study FOR THE FIRST LEG of the project before anything else is done is just asinine. What a pile of you-know-what. Maybe GWB should just sign an Executive Order to start drilling, and just "Dam the Torpedos,Full Steam Ahead!" $45 million for the futuristic project...It will pay for environmental studies for the first leg of the project.*
