It was able to close above its Oct 17 H of $11.63, as you may recall, that was a pretty good run from the $5.30 level on Sep25 to the H on Oct 17 was a gain of 119.43% in 17 trading days, but at that time we didn't have any UGs to worry about.<g>bigcharts.marketwatch.com Now we have a gain of 63.69% from the close on June 4 to today's intraday H in just 3 trading days & the question is if the June 5 UG will be closed at least partially.bigcharts.marketwatch.com Although the volume in the last 3 days has been impressive, it seems that it will be difficult for it to keep the present steep trend & if it doesn't close some of the UG it may get to test the first support at the $9.90 level Although the news this week were good, so far revenues have not been increasing too much, the 1st Q loss was $0.19/shr vs. $0.11/shr in 2007 & Thomson estimate for the loss in 2008 is around $0.65/shr vs. the $0.54/shr in 2007. In the weekly chart, if the stock can continue its trend, it could get to test the Jan2004 H at $13.50 but with the present market environment it doesn't look easy.<g>bigcharts.marketwatch.com Because of the general market, I took some profits today on CSIQ, which has more than doubled since I bought it on March 25 & it hasn't closed all of it May13 UG. (This is OT, but all the solar stocks have been among the best performers & CSIQ has 4 Qs of triple digit improvements on revenues & the improvement on earnings in the last 2Qs has also been impressive.) The estimates for 2008 & 2009 are around $2.35 & $3.30 vs. the $0.33/shr in 2007. (That's the kind of expectation I like.<g>)The 2ndQ (June)should also have a good comparison with the 2007 results when revenues were $60.4M & it had a loss of $0.02) I will keep watching it closely & will probably buy back some of the stock I sold today. On SQNM I will continue to watch it closely, but my present position isn't large. bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
