Nobody said the Canucks were smart. LOL! You don't usually get a killer/rapist in a Club Fed.

Most of the Club Fed inmates have too much established back home to try escaping. They'll want to get back to their bank accounts once their sentence is done and are not going to try and start over in Argentina. Plus their sentences tend to be shorter, so it's not like they are looking at losing 15-20 years in the joint.
