And, meanwhile, the U.S.'s is still worse, at 37. If you believe the US health care system is 37th in the world, I don't think I could present anything to change your mind. You want an ounce of prevention? then children will have to become wards of the state. Oh, that's a good one. Why? Looking at the housing and credit card crisis, obesity running rampant, I would propose that some of today's parents can't take care of themselves, let alone their children.
