"One of my favorite people of all time.... success be damned." Ooh. Buckey Fuller. Did I ever tell you I knew a person who took a design course from him at U of I? Now, granted, Ross had a place off 15th, which was 4 lane and hence a tourist trap. He had to deal with Houstonians driving side by side and shooting at each other. I lived off 11th. That didn't happen there. Still, I would have traded places with him on the strength of that course. Did I ever mention that if I had about $50k more I would have built a 2/3 geodesic dome house? I didn't and still was a stick in the eye of our architectural control committee. What a pack of morons. "Proves fruition" indeed.
