How definite are the plan? Pretty damn close. We have to pay for it in advance in our electric bills, which will go up ~20%. And that's supposed to start in January. No, its not my position that its yucca or bust, but seriously Yucca is as good a storage site as they'll ever find and if we can't store it there we won't be able to store it anywhere. Yucca may or may not be the best site. It may not be the best site if it's not politically viable. If it's not, you have to get over it and look for another solution or give the Feds the power to tell locals everywhere to go F themselves if they don't like it.
