If Obama brings our troops home and uses that money here in America, I think you will be shocked to your core as to what can be accomplished. Surely a lot could be accomplished with that money. The questions remains whether that's enough to pay for the promises and expectations, assuming the money materializes, which IMO is a big assumption. And if it's not enough, will we go into further debt or back off on anticipated programs. I suspect that that money has been spent in people's dreams many times over.
