Then why did you bring those old discussions up?

There are many reasons behind the passing of Prop 13. There are also many reasons to be in favor of it, just as there are many reasons to not favor it. But, typical for you, you choose the most awkward, and usually divisive, positions to argue from. But this isn't the Prop 13 thread - I've written plenty on the subject and I'm sure everyone else is tired of the constant rehashing. If your interested just do back to 2004 on this thread to read my arguments - particularly those with CJ Parsons (now Bentway?).
