The Israelis like to say "We Must Never Forget" Is it OK for the African-American community to say "We Must Never Forget" 240 years of slavery followed by another 100 years of legalized discrimination? Apples and pomegranates. The Israelis are still threatened with extinction today, whereas the blacks in this country are not threatened with a repeat of slavery.

The Israelis don't seem to have a culture of grievance over the Holocaust the way many blacks seem to wallow in a culture of grievance over the history of slavery.

All of us were slaves, both white and black and brown and yellow, bronze, slightly red, whatever shade you be, at one point in time----time to do a move on and get over it. Look around you------how many white neighbors do you have that have adopted children of all colors.
