Semantics. The KFTC's representatives talk a done deal, cut and dried shut case with only the exact amount of fine in doubt. It was a 3-year trial in effect and Intel lost.

It looks like Intel had a chance to present its side to the KFTC.

Bruce Sewell, Intel general counsel, said Intel believes the Commission did not give full consideration to the evidence it presented.
