It says a lot that Intel is fighting this. They could have paid the $25M (which would have amounted to mice nuts for them) and be done with it.

$25 million is probably less than 8 hours of revenue and also less that the legal fees of fighting it. I think they know they followed the law and good for them for fighting it.

BTW, were you aware that AMD bribed the KFTC? I have a friend who heard it from his barber. That makes my evidence just as good as those who have been claiming bribes and intimidation from Intel.
