Thats a shot at trying to explain why Taro is right about many liberals view of vietnam in particular and war in general. What's he right about in terms of Vietnam? Vietnam was our second quagmire......and after 15 years, we gave up. It would have made sense to have given up ten years earlier but Americans are fukked in that way. Now we are in another quagmire and we can't seem to learn from one generation to another. Actually we're in two quagmires......Afghanistan is another mess. That country helped bring down one super power and it, along with Iraq, will bring down a second one. Taro is an idiot, inoys a bigger one.........both have been wrong about Iraq since the getgo. Meanwhile this country is floundering badly and in debt up to its eyeballs
