He just doesn't seem totally disabled to me. And he's receiving total disability, right? So I know you can't get away with that on SS.

This is a military disability.

JF, if you would stick to the stuff you know about you'd really be better off.

I don't know that. I know a young man who is on SSI from marijuana induced schizophrenia.

As for the "total disability", I think you'd have to see how the military defines that. I think its based on his condition when discharged.
