Well, I've already expressed my opinion, but I'll do it just one more time, briefly and bluntly: She didn't budget enough time, money and organization to the states immediately following Super Tuesday, especially the caucuses, but also the small state primaries. That was the period. She could and I think largely did overcome every other mistake, as witnessed by her final popular vote total. But February put her in a delegate hole that the proportionate rules of the campaign would not allow her to overcome. The biggest blow, imo, was sexism. Obviously, I disagree. But that's why we need elections and rules.
