The oceans are the primary carbon sink in the world. Many people are worried that it is reaching a saturation point, unable to soak up as much CO2 as it has historically. This would be yet another positive feedback that will speed up the process climate change well beyond what the IPCC projected.

Undoubtedly that will make any number of people happy--the IPCC will be proven wrong. Good thing we don't pay any attention to them.
