I say you got a much better chance winning buying houses now than what they were three years ago cause they easily cash flow now with little down and conventional financing just like the good old days. Speculation is what they did then, what those buying lots on the way down at auction did and what anyone playing the stock market casino at any time does. Well the one exception is when you go long GE on a parabolic VIX for a trade<gg>
