But, that is what George W. Bush said. He didn't have to know anything. He had experts and he was the decider. And I am sure McClain has experts.

At the end of the day, you have to have some basis of expertise to be able to use experts.

Barack Obama is a quick study. He will be able to get up to speed eventually whereas McCain may never get up to speed. But you can't fake this stuff. No matter how smart you are, it will take time to get up to speed. The point is however, the intellectual community has put us into this position, where we are forced to gamble with an unproven, untested, and inexperienced candidate to run our country in a very challenging time.

The alternative is to elect a person who is intellectually inadequate to be President of the United States in the 21st century.
