REO's disguised as flippers? That part I'd agree with that is part of the 'shadow inventory'. They are buying bulk packages of mortgages and running em through foreclosure too. I actually see a few now being discounted enough that investors are buying at the steps. Saw some Indymac and Freemont loans discounted 80% off of face giving some lucky investor decent equity going into the deals. Going to be quite common later this year for sure<g>
