Ah. That explains.

I do admit that we are probably a little too smug over the whole deal. We have tended to use fish meal and soybean for the protein supplement. But, butchery waste is not unknown.

Tell them they need to get Texas beef. We don't do the feedlot, hormone thing here. Costs too much. Land is a lot cheaper, so grass fed is what everyone does.

Jim Hightower tried that some years back in marketing to Europe. The administration went absolutely bat shit over the attempt.
