(Nesmith, Kip) (Entered: 06/05/2008) ------------------- Doc 7 Extract UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Burr & Forman, LLP ("Plaintiff") respectfully requests that this Honorable Court enter an Order providing it with additional time to respond to Defendants' Motion for Change of Venue. In support thereof, Plaintiff states as follows: 1. Defendants filed their Motion for Change of Venue on June 2, 2008. Plaintiff's staff member contacted the court on June 2, 2008 to inquire as to the amount of time Plaintiff would have to respond to Defendants' motion. Plaintiff's staff member was informed that Plaintiff would have three (3) days to either respond to the motion or to file a motion requesting additional time to respond. 2. Plaintiff respectfully requests an additional twenty-one (21) days to respond to Defendants' Motion for Change of Venue. The additional time will permit the Plaintiff to review pertinent information and properly respond to Defendants' motion. 3. Defendants do not oppose this twenty-one (21) day extension. 4.
