I'm trying to join my neighbors together to sell our properties to a developer who will put up super efficient homes instead. Zoning will allow 8-9 homes on combined lot. We get brand new, lower upkeep- and developer does whatever with the rest
I've gotten one neighbor to agree and am doing my best to convince the other to do the same. They don't like change and prefer privacy.

Hopefully, their kids will talk some sense into them. Homes are total energy hogs from the 50's
