There are others who served with Kerry as long or longer than Gardner. Number 2, Kerry never said it was a secret mission into Cambodia. Here is Factcheck.org's take on one of the ads. factcheck.org Except for Gardner, everyone who served on Kerry's point wound up supporting him. Most of the Swiftboaters never served under him. Some never knew him at all.
