I don't know that you can give fishing rights to International Water's, but fishing will most definitely improve as we make the oceans more productive in producing oxygen and food at the lowest end of the scale, plankton.

With a little bit of additional imagination we could probably design kelp attachments into our design where ocean temperatures would be right and support massive kelp forests in deep water where they wouldn't normally be found.
