In TRAN we are at an inflection point similar to tech; in their recent structure. (See post I am replying to for the tech inflection point.) $TRAN has given up the up-channel from the March low (light green lines). The bue dashed line is the ATH by the way. Anyway, the bulls see the green count as in effect, with new highs coming shortly (green arrow). That a-b-c green count would be a 4th wave out of the Jan low. The bears see it rolling over and down through the outer channel (from Jan lows) in impulsive down (red).
