Hmmm... The posting alias of JHBEEBE is a mental midget when it comes to spouting off regarding civil law or tort law in the State of Florida or anywhere else in the USA... My opinion, humble or not!!! In prisons, people behaving in this manner are referred to as "jailhouse lawyers". Fortunately for the alias JHBEEBE, s/he is likely not in any prison at the moment, so though the description of the shoe may fit, it would be technically incorrect to wear it here...

To start with, unless the poster using the alias of XXXXXXXXXX is a resident of Florida, and all or substantially all of the alleged cyberstalking posts in dispute were actually written and posted in the State of Florida, then the State of Florida, its laws and its courts have no jurisdiction over XXXXXXXXXX.

Next, since the alias of JHBEEBE is alleged to be the head of a publicly traded company, then the laws cited by the poster JHBEEBE are actually "superseded" by the rights of any individual to criticize, comment, castigate and otherwise hold accountable said corporate officer without harassment by said officer of the publicly traded company. As long as XXXXXXXXXX confines himself/herself to the discussions of the publicly traded company and/or its officers, then willfully attempting to use cyberstalking laws to squelch lawful criticisms will not and should not be tolerated by any court in the land. Subverting laws to squelch negative commentary is a major no-no in any court, Florida or otherwise.

EK!!!

What a nut that JB guy is.....I hope he really does file a cyberstalking suit....it will allow the courts to see the CEO of a publicly traded company STALKING many people that made negtaive comments with threatening pm's and e-mails......Heck, I remember the threats he sent to IHUB-MATT who called him a WHACKTATRD(sp?) and said his pm inbox was filled with CRAP and threats from JB and he told JB to go back and play in his sandbox or something like that..matt really put JB in his place and made JB look like the scammy fool he is imo....I wonder if JB is planning to use this high profile lawyer he talked so much about.....Or is the lawyer too busy defending JB against his many legal issues??

Man, I have seen some ceo's who have acted scammy before, but JB is trying hard to be tops on that list imo.....I think the guy should be in jail for the deception he pulled on his shareholders...all in my opinion anyway......And IMO, anybody he sues will backfire bigtime..it will enable MASSIVE countersuits to be filed exposing his possibly illegal and certainly deceptive activities....How will JB look when the judge is handed a PLETHORA of PM's and e-mails JB sent out not to mention opening the large can of worms that contain ALL of his activities? Not very good imo.....

Sigh. He could be a stand in for another poster child for citing laws that do not exist and threatening litigation that will do nothing other than to bring the judge's wrath down upon the head of the plaintiff and their counsel.

Somewhat akin to a one-time SI poster and jailhouse lawyer named Olivier, for those of you who remember him.
