RMF, pretty good plan, but with North Korea's habit of yanking on their own chain, it's a lot easier to talk about than to actually put into action.

Brinkmanship pays very well for the failed communist regime. That and appealing to the bleeding hearts, both across the 38th parallel and across the Pacific.

All America cares about is the WMD, and North Korea knows it. Hence the Bush policy of the "six party talks," even though it wasn't clear at all that Bush understood what that really meant.
