None that I know of.

But take, for instance, the several months previous to the Iraq invasion. Did any major MSM outlet question any of the GWB Admin's statements concerning WMD or mushroom clouds, or yellowcake?

If anything, they encouraged such talk.

For metrics, notice how many have since recanted, citing a failure on their part to apply skepticism to those claims.
