For the small time bargain hunter, you might consider buying a few ESAU (ESA units).

The stock is now offered at $5.94

The warrants are offered at $.69 but I bet to really buy say 10,000 you would need to spend $.75.

So $.75 for a warrant with over 3 years of life to buy a $5.94 stock is a bargain in itself assuming the deal is not voted down (which means the warrant goes to 0 of course).

Looking at the bid and ask I estimate that to buy a few thousand units you would have to pay $7.10.

A unit includes 1 share and 2 warrants so $7.10 implies a warrant price of $.58. So it's a bargain on top of a bargain-with less risk because if the deal collapses (which will not happen), at least you get $5.97 back.

Edit you might well get the units cheaper than $7.10 can't tell by looking at the bid and ask.
