Just bought a pile of CNQ Jan'09 $85s and sold the June $110s against them. Will make about $0.25 if CNQ runs above $110. That wasn't the idea however. I hope to be able to sell he $110s month after month for a while. I can even roll up and out to the July $115s quite profitably , especially if we get near $110 in 1.5 weeks for June expiry. Of course the whole reason for this set of machinations is that I bought the CNQ Jan '10 $50s and sold the June $85s just to make a little extra change over the next two years. I can roll the $85s out and up to Jan'09 $95s for about $1 credit. Don't know why I haven't pulled the trigger on that one yet.
