Wow, you mean Toyota actually cut down on paint to save weight?

I was reading a review of the Toyota "Prius" by the guy who does the GEAR show earlier, and he was complaining about what a POS it is. They did a bad finish to keep the weight down, and the acceleration stinks.

My FIL has driven his Prius through a couple of northern winters and his paint is holding up.

Rust proofing is one thing car companies have really figured out in the last 20 years. It's pretty amazing really.
