>Prevented followup attacks on America.
Easy to say, impossible to prove.

Easy to prove we haven't been attacked on our home soil again. Unless you count the one man sudden-jihad-syndrome things where a Muslim starts shooting people.

>Appointed two more reliable conservatives to the SC.
Bad and Badder.

Very very good.

>Dismantled Gaddafi's nuclear arms program.
Gaddafi never had such programs.

Yes he did. And he told us about it and let Americans enter the country and haul his equipment off to Oak Ridge TN for destruction. Europe should be kissing Bush's ass since they would be under Gaddafi's thumb if he had nukes.

>Removed the Taliban and Saddam governments.
USA still stuck in an expensive quagmire on both fronts.

Increasingly less and less of a quagmire.

Removing Saddam achieved nothing for security

He was a threat to the whole region. Had started wars killing over a million people.

and certainly made Iraqi's affairs worse (subsequent destruction of Iraq infrastructure, ongoing violence, torture, detainment of 10,000's of Iraqis, 100,000's of Iraqi's shot and bombed into oblivion).

Way too big a number even considering most of the bloodshed was caused by AQ, its allies and Shiite militias.

>Captured Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and a number of other terrorist leaders. Killed Musab al Zarqawi and a number of other terrorist leaders
Dubious benefit to anyone.

Spoken by a liberal who naturally believes terrorism is no problem. KSM planned both the 1993 and 2001 attacks in the US, plus others.

Here is my developing take on the liberal mindset:

Liberals don't believe terrorism is a serious threat but might change their mind if they saw a mushroom cloud over NYC or Washington DC. At least the ones who live in NYC and DC would. Seattle and SFO liberals might not. Liberals believe George Bush is a greater enemy than Osama bin Ladin. Liberals have scorn for the Catholic church because of the priest's child molestation scandal but also hate the Boy Scouts for not allowing single gay scoutleaders. Liberals are angry the government and the oil companies aren't getting us "off oil". They're almost as mad about that as they are about high gasoline prices. Liberals think high gasoline prices are caused by too much profits but US drilling bans and environmental restrictions have no impact on supplies and prices. Liberals think capital gains taxes should be raised for fairness even if capital gains tax revenues will fall. Liberals think our health care system would be improved if people had to wait six months for an MRI like they do in Canada. Liberals think nothing religious can be mentioned in public school unless its something Islamic. Liberals believe in free speech except for conservative's "hate radio". Liberals think its reasonable for a Presidential candidate to belong to a congregation which stands up and cheers when the minister calls on God to damn America. Liberals think Jesus was a Marxist. Liberals are for partial birth abortion and against laws to protect babies that survive an abortion, but against the death penalty for convicted murderers.

BTW aren't you a Canadian? Why are you so concerned about US politics anyway?
