What solution did I put forth?

And for what? To pay down the deficit?

Minor thing eh? 10 trillion, generating the equivalent of a second defense budget in interest payments we could use to rebate some taxes back (wow), bail SS, health care, whatever...instead it goes in the toilet....to countries who use it to compete with us. Unintended consequences you say?
