Steve, I hope you enjoy $5.00 gasoline and a falling dollar due to BOP issues. The train wreck you want (higher gasoline to force people to conserve) is coming!

I hope this is a huge issue in the campaign.

Nonsense, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder.

I'll put my familiarity with wild places up against yours any day, if you're going to get personal.

I understood that to be against the protocol here.

For the record, I do not approve of trashing wild places, especially wilderness areas where value has been established in law. I've left a lot of footprints in wilderness areas, so I know their value.

I've also left a lot of footprints on land that clearly holds more value for other purposes, and I did my best to get the best out of that land too, by growing wood so you could build a house.

If 2000 acres in ANWR has more value for oil so you can drive your SUV, it's not going to hurt the wildlife habitat in the remaining 19,000,000 acres.
