They do hurt though, one night at 4 am he ran though the fence chasing something. But he wouldn't come back in, so he's out there barking his head off. So my wife wakes me up and we got out there, I'm half asleep. She takes the collar off and hands it to me, I standing in the field, YEOW.

But not a bad as my friend, he's taking the dog to the vet and realizes as he's driving down the driveway the dog has his collar on. He takes it off puts it into his front pants pocket and drives though the field. His voice is a lot higher now.

anyone who has pet in our development have all installed these under ground wire pet control with collars. This is not required however i believe by word of mouth they have been put in because pet owner love the freedom it gives them and their pets.
