Thursday marks the start of triple witching options expiration. This complicates the buy-sell equation, especially next week, because highly negative sentiment during the period usually gets targeted with quick short squeezes and gaps.

This reminds me of the March bottom in 2003. I don't think we are at the bottom yet but when we get it just like in March of 2003 we should be off to the races for an extended period of time. Look at the similarities. The bottom in October 2002 was preceded by high volume. The bottom in March lower volume and a higher low. I expect the same this time around as we form another cyclical bottom shown here using the S&P 500:
