I've been on Nextel and now Sprint-Nextel forever. I've been planing to change to Verizon, but just haven't gotten around to it.

Don't ask me...I'm a cheap skate. My Trac phone cost 14.99 and I have the monthly cost down to about 8 bucks.

I love it.

Go for the new I-phone. comes out in the next couple of weeks. G-3. Replaces a GPS, believe it can be programmed with Tom-Tom software so it tells you where to turn, etc, like in the high-end cars.

Gotta wreck Garmin and Tom-Tom. Wanna see what it can do. Take a look at the I-touch, which is the same without a phone. G-3 should make web surfing and downloads a lot faster.

great for when you're sitting the dentists office and wanna surf politics for pros.

also, for U-Tube. didn't think much of U-tube and then discovered i could watch singers on old TV clips like Marlene Dietrich, Edith Piaf, Frank Sinatra, etc.

Anyway, I'm pushing my wife to get one. Still holding my Blackberry. Better for e-mails. lag time on e-mail downloads, ten minutes or so, I think.

it's hard getting into the digital world when you're older (me, not you) but I love what some of this stuff can do.

I-phone also has external speakers, but the ear buds make for great listening if you're a little deaf (like me again)

My bride talked me into an I-Phone. Was a good decision.

Then with a few tattoos, some college books and a Prius, you will be set.

Seriously, we like the phones very much. ATT has worked well with it and connection service has been better than Sprint.
