Cells are cells. Life forms are life forms. Not all cells are the same, pointing out that something is a cell tells you little about where its a life form or not.

Is an amoeba a life form in your opinion? Its just one cell, but its obviously different than the skin cells that came off shaved.

With a human zygote, you have something that with no future external modification (it needs external support, but in a different way and to a lesser extent so do human adults), it develops in to a more developed fetus, than an infant, than a child, a teen, an adult...

The zygote is just another stage of human development, the skin cells on your razor are not.
