Never in the history of the world has a soldier had to capture a combatant (with no uniform, and no country), arrest him, and get him to a civilian court in the US.

Means we no longer can take prisoners. This is the kill the bast**ds decision.

Either that or hand them over to local jurisdiction immediately. If they are big fish, the CIA will question them there.
