No, I'll go for that. As written anyway.

We don't have to use no oil at all. Oil is a wonderful, energy packed commodity. So precious and wonderful in fact that we should use it a sparingly as possible.

Driving single passenger SUVs, for instance, is not simply wasteful, it's obscene and anti-social. Raising the fleet average to 30 MPG is worth more than a half dozen ANWRs.

I don't like the idea of a command economy where the govt tells people what they can and can't do.
